Newsletter and Marketing Emails

Note: Even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional emails related to your account or active service engagements.

If any personal information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Client account holders can update their information directly through the client dashboard, or you may contact us for assistance.

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions. We may need to retain certain information for:
- Completing active transactions or service engagements
- Complying with legal obligations (tax records, compliance requirements)
- Detecting and preventing fraud or security incidents
- Exercising or defending legal claims
To request deletion, contact us through our contact page with "Data Deletion Request" in your message.
6. Do Not Track
Our services currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you can manage tracking through your cookie and browser preferences as described above.

- A clear description of your request
- Any relevant details to help us locate your information
We aim to respond to all privacy requests within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend this to 60 days with notice.
