California Privacy Rights Act Notice to California Residents

Overview
The California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) grants California residents rights regarding their Personal Information. This Notice applies to data collected by Digital Universe Inc. and its affiliates and supplements our Privacy Policy. Where this Notice and the Privacy Policy conflict, the more protective provision controls.

The Personal Information We Collect, Why We Collect It, and How Long We Keep It
Digital Universe determines retention periods based on the processing purposes below and on our tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Personal Information categories and business purposes:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address)
- Provide the Services and respond to inquiries
- Send newsletters and marketing emails
- Administer operations and ensure safety
- Comply with laws and respond to law enforcement
- Verify identity and manage accounts
- Analytics purposes
- Investigate disputes and legal proceedings
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
- Professional / employment information (title, company name, office phone, company email) — same purposes as above.
- Commercial information (purchase records, consumption histories) — same purposes as above.
- Communications content (emails, phone calls) — same purposes as above.
- Internet / electronic network activity (browsing history, search history, advertisement interactions) — same purposes as above.

Service providers / contractors receive:
- Identifiers
- Professional or employment-related information

- Internet / electronic network activity information
Related companies (parent, subsidiaries, affiliates) may receive all categories listed above.
Your Rights and Choices
1. Right to Know About Your Personal Information
You may request disclosure of:
- Categories of Personal Information, sources, business purposes, and recipients
- Specific pieces of collected data (up to two requests per 12 months)
- Categories shared for cross-context behavioral advertising — typically identifiers, professional or employment-related information, and information you share during communications and interactions with us
2. Right to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of your Personal Information. Exceptions include:
- Completing transactions or performing contracts
- Detecting security incidents and maintaining IT systems
- Protecting against fraud or illegal activity
- Complying with legal obligations
- Internal improvements to websites, products, and services
3. Right to Request Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Information. Digital Universe may decline where correction is impossible, requires disproportionate effort, or where the request appears fraudulent or abusive.
4. Right to Opt Out of Sale and/or Sharing
You may exercise opt-out rights via the email contact below or our Privacy Choices page.
5. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
Digital Universe only collects data described in this Notice and does not use it in ways covered by this right.
6. Right to Designate an Authorized Agent
You may submit requests through an authorized agent. We may require written authorization and direct identity verification.
7. Right to Non-Discrimination
Digital Universe will not discriminate against you for exercising your CPRA rights by denying services, charging different prices, providing different quality levels, or suggesting different pricing.
Exercising Your Privacy Rights
a) Rights to Know, Request Deletion, and Request Correction
Submit a verifiable consumer request titled “California Privacy Request” via email to privacy@digital-universe.com, or via our contact page.
Requirements: the request must provide sufficient information for identity verification and must describe the request with adequate detail.
Response timeline:
- Confirmation within 10 business days
- Response within 45 calendar days (or up to 90 days with written notice)
- Delivery via account, mail, or email per your preference
- Digital Universe may charge reasonable fees for excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests
b) Right to Opt Out of Sale and/or Sharing
Residents 16 and older may opt out at any time. Residents under 16 require parent/guardian consent for sales or sharing. Submit opt-out requests via privacy@digital-universe.com or our Privacy Choices page.
After opting out, Digital Universe will not request re-authorization for 12 months. You may opt back in at privacy@digital-universe.com. No account creation is required.
Other California Privacy Rights
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, residents may request information about third-party shares for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Contact: privacy@digital-universe.com.
Changes to this CPRA Notice
Effective May 30, 2026. Digital Universe may modify this Notice with or without notice. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of changes.
